Proper Nutrition

It is no coincidence that with food companies more than willing to sacrifice good nutrition for profits that diet-related diseases and obesity levels are reaching unprecedented levels. More people are suffering from depression now than at any previous historical period. And yet, rather than seek out real alternatives we are encouraged to consume more and more of the same crap and nutritionally bankrupt food: the vicious circle ever strengthens.

Soil mineral levels? What in the world does this have to do with my health…I’m not a carrot!

The fact of the matter is that the soil we get our produce from has been rapidly losing valuable minerals since the 1930′s…

Let me tell you about two of the sources that document the decline:

U.S. Senate Document No. 264 and the 1992 Earth Summit Report

Depletion Levels (Percentages)

North America…………. 85%
South America………… 76%
Europe ………………… 72%
Asia…………………….. 76%
Africa…………………… 74%
Australia……………….. 55%

That’s right…our soil only contains about 15% of the original amount of minerals as it did when it was first measured back in the early 1900′s. And another thing that is interesting about this report…it was done in the 1930′s during the depression…so how fertile do you think the soil we farm our produce in is now?

You may not think that soil mineral levels mean anything to you, but they do.

New research is stacking up on the vital role minerals, trace minerals, and other micronutrients serve in preventing catabolic and debilitating diseases in your body.

The authors of Micronutrient in Health and in Disease Prevention assert that “it is becoming apparent that major physiological events link micronutrient status to the maintenance of health and the prevention of disease. The Journal of Pediatrics concurs stating; “Trace elements perform important function in health and resistance to disease”. A. Milner, Ph.D., continues by pointing out numerous animal studies, which prove that inadequate intake of several trace elements leads to abnormal growth and development, and a higher frequency of neonatal death.

So that’s pretty important, but not only is the soil depleted of minerals, which influences the levels of vitamins in produce, this effect is seen even further up the food chain. Mineral deficient grains mean that the cattle we use for beef, the pigs we use for pork, and the chicken we use for nuggets have very poor nutritional value food to live off, and are indeed not healthy themselves. This lack of nutritional value has really made an impact in health the past 50 years or so, and has been the biggest factor in the rapid growth of supplement companies and vitamin makers.

Simply Put: In Today’s Day and Age… We Need Nutritional Help!

Declining mineral values in the soil and the subsequent loss of nutrients in the food supply is the major reason why it is absolutely necessary for you to use supplementation in order to experience good health. When the AMA (who makes all their money as a result of drugs and surgeries) actually comes out a publicly recommends that every American adult take a daily multi vitamin, it’s pretty clear…

Times Have Changed… This Isn’t The Fifties Anymore!

I know that many of you out there may be thinking that it really isn’t necessary to take vitamins or supplements, but look around you…the evidence is every where. Yes, back in the fifties taking vitamins supplements was practically unheard of, but, then again back in the fifties

Alzheimer’s
MS
Parkinson’s
Diabetes
Fibromyaglia
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

and the rest of our “new” disorders were mostly unheard of too! Face It, Today…You Can’t Afford To Guess! You can’t afford to just eat what you’ve always eaten and hope you are getting the proper raw materials that your body needs to stay healthy…
